If you want to optimize your focus at any moment, take a piece of paper and write down what you're thinking of - specially, what are you worriyng about?
You don't have to make a complete to-do list of your life! The idea is just to pay attention at whatever is ruminating in the back of your head. (You don't want to think of what you should be worrying about! You want to grab what you are worrying about.)
Review it later so you build trust with your fellow mind. Use this to clear your mind before meetings, presentations, important conversations, before arriving home, and whenever you feel you want to be in control of your focus management.
