When you take home some work, define exactly what you will be doing and when it will be over and you'll close the PC. Don't just "hang around" work...
Try defining it before leaving the office. The same applies for weekends. You can also try to define exactly how much time you'll have for work - set up a timer/alarm clock. Be creative! (eg. don't take the charger home and work until battery runs out). Don't worry, tomorrow there's more...
